About The Job
Sandy Spring Bank is currently recruiting a Facilities Coordinator in the Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Department. If you are the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing Document/Forms Management, Records Retention, Janitorial Services and Purchasing. You will also review billing for accuracy and process invoices in a timely fashion. The candidate will also assist Facilities manager with negotiating vendor contracts as appropriate and analysis of costs to identify opportunities for savings and lower cost alternatives
Areas of Focus:
Previous business experience specific to invoicing, contracts, reporting and analysis preferred.
Must have initiative and the ability to work independently.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills
Advanced problem-solving skills.
Ability to make decisions within the framework of practices and procedures and policies.
