Spring Bank is currently recruiting a Mortgage Loan Processor in the Mortgage
Department. If you are the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for following
the established procedures, evaluating all information supplied on conventional
and government residential loan applications. In addition, the ability to
successfully manage an active pipeline of 20-25 loans closing 15-20 per month.

Mortgage Banker and initiates processing.

compliance with underwriting guidelines.
